Hit Training Plan
Master the fundamental movements of Crossfit with our Hit Training Program. You can attend any scheduled class and follow the low skill, low impact version of the daily workout.
Personal training is a great way to learn the fundamental CrossFit movements or to push yourself to the next level! Personal training sessions are scheduled directly with the coach and can be customized to fit your schedule.

If you are an experienced crossfitter we welcome you to drop into any of our classes! The class fee is $10 for just the class or buy a shirt and get the class included.
